Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clearview marketing analytics and audit platform at app.clearviewltd.io (the "Service"), operated by Clearview ("Clearview", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clearview connects the marketing channels you authorise into a single dashboard, scores marketing health, and surfaces issues and recommendations. The Service provides reporting and audit insights on a read-only basis; it does not create, edit, or manage campaigns, ads, or accounts on any connected platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Connected platforms

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing providers). By connecting a platform you confirm that you are authorised to grant access to that account and its data, and you authorise Clearview to access that data on a read-only basis solely to provide reporting and audit insights. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect any platform at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform terms.
• Access data you are not authorised to access, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or the data accessed through it except as permitted.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase and on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and the data from your connected platforms), is owned by Clearview and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide the reporting features you have requested.

7. Data accuracy and disclaimers

Reporting and audit insights are derived from data provided by third-party platforms and are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that third-party data is complete, accurate, or continuously available, and insights should not be treated as professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearview will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
